Is one bedroom enough for you and you like to have an easy layout? Then a two-room apartment is perfect for you! You can choose between 65 m² or 80 m². Your apartment has a spacious living room with a cleverly placed open corner kitchen. The kitchen has white cabinets, black quartz composite worktop and beautifully integrated appliances. Here you can enjoy the fun of cooking with the most modern equipment. And while you are enjoying your culinary success, your fully integrated dishwasher will do the rest. Flexibility with 3 rooms

In a three-room apartment you live on 80 m² or 94 m² and have your own outdoor space of 7 m². The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and the luxury of a double sink. Practical if you are moving in together! Do you choose the more spacious apartment? Then you also have a lovely bathtub. The spacious living room has an open kitchen in a black and white color set, that allows you to easily match your unique interior. Maisonnettes and lofts

Maisonettes: living on two floors

Living on two floors is possible in one of the 8 maisonettes, where you can choose from the compact variant of 47 square meters, or the more spacious version with 81 square meters of living space. The maisonettes have an indoor balcony of 4 m², a straight Bribus kitchen with built-in appliances from Siemens and a comfortable bathroom with a refreshing shower and a sink. The two different maisonettes are not only different in surface, but also vary in layout. For more information, see the floor plans as soon as they are available. Living in a loft

These special lofts offer 58 or 78 m² of living space on two floors. The exact layout of the loft differs per type. In any case, you have a nice living room with a beautiful open kitchen in a corner arrangement, which is fully equipped for your next culinary challenge. You have an induction hob with extractor hood, a dishwasher, multifunction oven with microwave function and a fridge freezer. The bathroom has floor tiles in a dark color, white wall tiles up to the ceiling and in addition to the shower also has a sink. The loft also has an indoor storage space, which includes your HRV unit and a place for your washing machine.
